TELEPHONE BRIEF
Our initial telephone discussion is to discuss the scope of works for your project. We will discuss the best way to work together to achieve your goals, organise a time to meet onsite. I will email you a new client application form to fill out and send back to me prior to our meeting onsite.
ONSITE MEETING
At the onsite meeting I will assess the scope of works required and gain vital information from you about what work is required and what your expectations are. Once I gain all of this information it will allow me to prepare a brief. The information in the brief and from the new client application form, will allow me to explain the project process, from start to finish. We discuss your personal design style, your budget, your timeline, and of course, your inspiration.
PRESENTATION BRIEF AND SPECIFICATION SCHEDULE
Once the project brief has been presented to you and you are ready to take the next steps. We take all of the information from your project brief and put things in motions, such as sourcing appropriate materials for your project. We consider many elements when specifying – budgets, timelines, style direction, functionality, lifestyle – and factors such as geographical location, median house prices in your area and how long you plan on living in the property. We’ll present our ideas and concepts and talk through the product ideas and why we believe they are the best solutions for you. Once we have agreement on finishes presented, our team will produce a specification document detailing all materials. Such as a presentation board with all your design elements on display and also a schedule highlighting materials and finishes according to your project needs.
SOURCE AND SUPPLY
Once we have confirmed design style and elements for your project, we start implementing the design. Such as ordering furniture and artwork, ordering tiles based on selections, implementing cabinetry and bench tops selections and/or commencing the project management of trades.
COMPLETION
Complete your project in full, on time and on budget.
